We keep a rule in our daily sessions: no teaching during practice. On Saturday, July 18 at 9 AM PT (12 PM ET), Reis is breaking it, once. A full live breathing session, then a complete teardown of how it was built: the arc, the cues, the chemistry underneath.
Free, live on Zoom (60 minutes), recorded if you register.
A real session, the same kind we run live every morning. You breathe. No lecture, no note-taking. Your only job is to notice what changes.
Reis rebuilds the session from the single index card he taught it from: where the arc peaked and why, what each cue was doing to your exhale, what the minute of air hunger did to your chemistry, and the adjustments he made because of who was in the room.
Straight answers about Breath School, the 4-month facilitator training this class previews, for anyone curious. Dropping off before this part is fine
You don't need experience. You need 60 minutes and somewhere comfortable to sit.
You've done breathwork, in a class or an app, and wondered what the guide was deciding up there.
You're a coach, teacher, or practitioner who wants to work with breath without adopting someone's branded method.
You've been circling Breath School and want to feel how we teach before deciding anything
You want a strong Saturday morning practice, and that's the whole reason. Also welcome.

On the 18th, he's teaching this class, then shows you under the hood.
